About these calculators
Each calculator computes a weight-based dose from the selected indication's published mg/kg dosing figure, applies the maximum dose cap, and — where a liquid suspension is selected — converts the per-dose amount into a volume in mL from the chosen concentration.
These are general, representative dosing ranges drawn from standard paediatric and adult antifungal references (BNF for Children, IDSA guidance) — always cross-check against your local antimicrobial policy, the product insert, and the patient's renal/hepatic function and drug interactions before prescribing.
