A dosing figure, cutoff, or formula that looks wrong. Please include the specific tool's URL and the reference (guideline, paper, drug label) you're checking it against — this is the fastest way to get a fix shipped.

A calculator, score, or scheduler you need that isn't on the site yet. Tools are added based on real clinical need, not a roadmap — tell me what you were trying to look up when you couldn't find it.
Bug report
Something broken, a page that won't load, or a calculator giving an obviously wrong number for valid inputs. Screenshots and the exact values you entered help a lot.
